Guidelines for Integrity Reporting
1. The company accepts reports of any violations of disciplinary rules or misconduct by employees within the organization.
2. The whistleblower is responsible for the accuracy of the reported information. Hexing reserves the right to take legal or disciplinary action against individuals who make false accusations or engage in malicious defamation through reporting.
3. We encourage whistleblowers to report under their real identities. Whistleblowers or entities providing valid evidence will be rewarded with 50% of the recovered losses. The reward distribution process is strictly confidential. Anonymous reporting is also permitted.
4. We are committed to maintaining strict confidentiality regarding the whistleblower's information and will not tolerate any form of retaliation. Please report with confidence.
